How to request deletion of personal data associated with your EguWallet account.

If you want EguWallet to erase personal data linked to your wallet account, you can do this directly from the app or by contacting us.

Delete data from the app

Open the EguWallet app and go to Settings → Delete Wallet. This triggers deletion of the local wallet data and requests removal of the related server-side personal data.

Request data deletion by email

Email privacy@eguwallet.eu and describe your request. Please include the email address or phone number associated with your wallet registration.

Data covered by deletion

Registration profile data
Server-side credential and issuance records linked to your identity
Device association records and notification tokens
Uploaded onboarding images and verification artifacts

Retention exceptions

Where required by law, we may retain non-personal or legally required audit records for regulatory compliance. These records do not include usable personal profile data.

Response time

We process valid personal-data deletion requests within 30 days.
